Schreiber Oakwood Properties (SCHREIBER & OAKWOOD LTD) is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, speech recognition software or browser text and colour settings.

We recognise our obligations under the Equality Act 2010 and treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-off task.

• Maintain sufficient colour contrast on every section background, including the dark navy bands
• Provide clear, descriptive link and button text

• Give every form field a visible label and clear error messages
• Provide descriptive alternative text for images
• Use semantic headings and landmarks so pages can be navigated with assistive technology
• Support resizing text and reflow on small screens without loss of content

We are not aware of any significant accessibility barriers on this website. The following points are known limitations we keep under review:

• Some content has not yet been independently audited against every WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criterion
• Photography has not yet been added to the site; when images are introduced, descriptive alternative text will be provided at the same time
